Behavior: Very much like Andorians, Aenar inhabit Andoria. They have strong psychic abilities, but are completely blind. They can't see at all, but can sense obstacles, and "blueskin" Andorians. Thats the other thing... Aenar are different from Andorians through their psychic abilities, but also through their skin. It's a pale, light blue. This differentiates from the Andorian dark blue hue.
The Aenar's government is... Well, there is no government with the Aenar. They appoint leaders whenever needed, and that's mostly only when off-worlders are on Andor.
